I am a CPA!
My license came in the mail today. I can now use the title and am all official. It was a long strange trip but it is all finished up now. This was just a formality, but it still is exciting.
My experience with the CPA exam from October 2009 to April 2010.
Yeaaa!! Congrats! You are sure to have a great July 4th weekend now!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!
Congratulations. I recently came across your blog and have been reading it from the beginning. I hope I can call one day myself a CPA :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats!!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I hope I can say the same sometime soon!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Dale!!! You are such an inspiration! Are you going to stay with your job? You're not gonna apply at a public accounting firm? Big 4 maybe? Considering your high scores?
ReplyDeleteThanks.
ReplyDeleteI actually like my job now with a public, national home builder. If things will start to get a little better there shouldn't be more layoffs. I already avoided the 50%+ layoffs. I really don't have a huge interest in working at a big accounting firm. 60+ hours a week is in no way appealing to me.
Congrats! I'm hoping to put this test to bed by the end of 2011.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Way to go.....
ReplyDeleteThat's Great, CONGRATS!! I'm studying for BEC right now = my last section.. can't wait :)
ReplyDeleteDale,
ReplyDeleteI just left a comment on another thread of yours. I didn't realize you had all sorts of other posts since I originally came across your blog through my phone, so I didn't see the other tabs. I'm just letting you know in case you're wondering why on earth I asked for advice when I could find the answers in your other posts.
Anyway, congratulations! At this point in time, my current goal is graduation lol.

Congrats Dale!
