Mood - Tired
Study Time – 3.0 hours (288.0 total - FAR: 7.0 - BEC: 74.5 - REG: 118.0 - AUD: 89.5)
Scores: AUD-94, REG-97, BEC-??
Sadly I don't recall what my start time was today. I am pretty sure I put in 3.5 hours, but it might have only been 3 (went with the lower one). I got about 80% on the questions before reading the homework reading. I did really well in all but two areas. I re-read those sections and should be in much better shape for those questions on my next attempt. I already hate FAR and I'm barely into it.
So Dale, let me ask? If I understand your post you do the homework after the live class, then read them again and redo the homework before the next class? Is that your correct strategy? It seems like it s been pretty efficientReplyDelete
I try and read the chapter and work the main MC questions before going to the live class. I then do the MC questions after the live class. This strategy worked great for AUD and REG but not as much for BEC and FAR. For AUD and REG it was great as you could get a feel for how they would ask questions. That way when you are listening to the lecture it starts to click with how it relates back to the questions.ReplyDelete
Ok Thanks. I am trying to squeeze in FARE in 6 weeks, on May 29. I took it in October and scored in the mid 60s. So I am revising my strategy. Great blog by the way. Loving the detailed apsect of it!!!ReplyDelete
I am about to start the Becker CPA review and reading this helps. It also seems like keeping a blog helped you with avoiding high stress levels. Thanks!ReplyDelete
